Return Line Filters

Modern hydraulic and lubrication systems now consider return line filters as indispensable components. The Pi series filters have a proven design that guarantees secure and cost-effective production processes within the fluid system. These filters perform the crucial task of collecting dirt before it is reintroduced to the hydraulic reservoir. Consequently, fewer particles find their way into the tank, leading to reduced wear on the intake pump and downstream components in the fluid circuit. Return line filters employ highly efficient filter elements, ensuring the maintenance of appropriate ISO fluid cleanliness classes. This is particularly critical in mobile applications, such as special vehicles, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment, where return line filters serve as essential working filters, contributing to defined oil cleanliness standards.

Suction Return Line Filters

The suction return line filters offer a combination of suction and return filtration features in a single system. They are specifically designed for use in mobile hydraulic systems found in industries like agriculture and construction. These filters have a compact design, making them well-suited for such machinery. The return flow is directed through the filter element and immediately drawn back in by the pump. To prevent any pressure loss, an integrated valve is included, resulting in reduced energy consumption compared to using separate systems. Any excess oil flows back into the tank, and if the return flow has insufficient oil, a valve retrieves additional hydraulic oil from the tank. The filter element integrates a suction filter stage to block any dirt in the tank from reaching the downstream system. Furthermore, a bypass element is incorporated to drain contaminated oil from the tank once the element's capacity is exceeded. The Pi 550, a suction return line filter developed by Filtration Group, is optimally designed to meet the demanding requirements of mobile machines.
