Rotary tables, Rotary rings and Intermittors / Oscillators

More than 40 years of experience and technological know-how in the development and production of mechanical units for automation, such as turntables, steppers and cams, make Autorotor a highly qualified and respected company in the world of automation. This experience enables the realisation of customer solutions for demanding requirements in various industrial areas.

Autorotor Stepping Turntables / Intermittors

The T5 series stepping turntables are mechanical devices for inducing rotary intermittent motion in regular steps. They can have 2 to 36 positions and are available in a sufficient range of sizes for a variety of applications. They are of course connected to a suitable drive, usually with a torque limiter. At rest, clearances are defined in the mechanism. Rotary tables are characterized by low maintenance requirements and low installed power.

The IT series high-speed intermittent drives are perpendicular axis rotation devices that operate on almost the same principle as the IT series devices mentioned above. Their distinctive manufacturing characteristics place them in a separate product class. Currently, their speed can reach 700/800 cycles per minute (excellent speed for plate presses, feed for high speed presses/scissors, etc.); yet they exhibit the high repeatable accuracy and absence of vibration characteristic of Autorotor products.

The T/IT oscillating drive is best used for rotary indexing applications such as:

  • Assembly machines
  • Packaging equipment
  • Automatic welding machines
  • Machining nodes
  • Filling machines

Autorotor parallel axis stepper drives

  • Assembly machines
  • Packaging equipment
  • Moving equipment
  • Machining nodes
  • Filling machines
  • Printing machines
